PAYMENT POLICY

All medical services performed under Dr. Maria U. Tedtaotao are billed by Zoe Family Care Clinic. Our providers participate in most major health insurance plans in the region. Co-pay must be paid on the same day of your visit.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILL

- You will receive a copy of your bill and then a statement after your insurance has paid

- On average, it takes about 45 to 60 days to obtain a payment from the health insurance company after a bill has been submitted

- Each physician who provides professional services will send a separate bill from their office (including referred specialists) and you will be held responsible for paying these bills

- For questions regarding insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, do call your health insurance provider first
